7. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once all pending bets are settled and no active bonuses remain, your balance will be available for withdrawal.

3399 bat reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Any valid balance may be returned after a thorough investigation.
